Rice Gang  was founded by Nicky and April, two new-generation Hongkongers based in London. Inspired by the vibrant street life of 90s Kowloon and the flavours of home, they created Rice Gang as a tribute to their grandmother. She was never a professional chef, just a home cook whose food beat any restaurant’s, and her handwritten recipes shaped their childhoods.

Our concept combines underground supper club energy with a bold street-food aesthetic. Everything we serve channels the gritty charm of Hong Kong’s dai pai dongs, reimagined for a modern London crowd. Our food is loud, loyal and full of soul.
